Special casting way

the casting way can be divided to casting,investment casting,centrifugal casting and continuous casting.Here we talk about the sand casting.

1. resin sand used to produce the mould.
the resin sand inject into a steel mould via injecting hydraulic machine.we will got two sand mould shell and sand mould core.
the two sand mould shell will be stick together face to face and the sand mould core should be palce inside in advance.

2.place the full sand mould on the ground or on the special fixture.

3.Make the bronze Hot
the bronze should be heat to liquid state,and remove all the impurities on the surface of liquid.

4.Pouring the Mold
a big spoon used to pure the liquid bronze into the mouth of sand mould until it is full.

5.Clean Your Casting
When cool, your bronze will easily separate from the sand but you'll need to clean it up a bit and maybe fix some imperfections in the casting. Sand blasting and wire brushing works great for making it pretty. Now you're ready to patina, or use the casting in a larger piece.
